Contractual Terms
Summary of the main contract terms

Contract Expiration
The Renter undertakes to return the chartered vessel in the same condition in which it was received, assuming full liability for the costs of any damages incurred.

Vessel Commander (Skipper)
The Renter declares themselves responsible for the operation of the vessel and agrees not to transfer control to third parties without prior authorization.

Equipment
The vessel is provided with all necessary accessories. The Renter must return it with the same equipment and in a condition equal to that at the time of delivery.

Delivery and Return of the Vessel
The rental period begins and ends at the established times, including a brief briefing on the use of the vessel. Any delay in return will incur additional costs.

Use of the Unit
The Renter must use the vessel with due diligence, complying with all current regulations and navigating only in safe conditions.

Property Ownership
The Renter must keep a copy of the contract on board and present the document to the competent authorities upon request.

Repairs
The Renter must promptly report any malfunctions and is strictly prohibited from making any modifications to the vessel.

Liability
The Renter is liable for any damage to the vessel during the rental period. The Lessor shall not be held responsible for damages or penalties resulting from the improper use of the vessel.

Fees for Assistance, Salvage, and Recovery
The client is responsible for costs related to recovery, towing, salvage, and assistance operations only if such services are required due to their own negligence or errors in the operation of the vessel.

Contract Termination
The contract may be terminated prematurely in the event of inappropriate or unauthorized use of the vessel.

Governing Law
This contract is governed by Italian legislation, and both parties agree to comply with its provisions.

Processing of Personal Data
The Renter authorizes the processing of their personal data and undertakes to communicate any changes to said data.

Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from this contract, the Court of Lecce shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

GPS Vessel Monitoring
The Renter is informed that the vessel is equipped with a geolocation system for security purposes and the prevention of criminal activity. Data will be retained for a period of five years.
Cancellation Terms
No Show and Delays

No-Show
In the event of a no-show without a valid reason or prior notice, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid and request payment of the full agreed amount.

Delays
A maximum grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled time is allowed. Beyond this limit, and in the absence of timely communication, the right to the rental will be forfeited, and the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

Additional Services
Any extra services paid for at the time of booking will always be fully refunded, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Refund Policy (Standard)
Should the customer need to cancel the booking, the refund will be calculated based on the notice period provided:

More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund

Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 80% refund

Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions
The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority. In the event of weather conditions that prevent safe navigation:

Rescheduling
The Customer and Enjoy Salento will agree on a new date to postpone the rental, subject to availability. -
Full Refund
If it is not possible to reschedule the date, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
